At Global Fashion Origin, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we’re here to help under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products eligible for return will be inspected before approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized orders

These are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

  1. Email help@globalfashionorigin.com with your Order ID, photos of the issue, and reason for return within 7 days.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Return must be shipped back securely in its original condition.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
  • If return is denied after inspection (e.g., signs of use or incorrect return), no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • Once processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
